Are you a feminist? And does that “belong” in business?
In recent light of what has happened in the United States in the inauguration in November of 2016, we’ve seen a rise of activism. For me personally, it activated me into have more conversations that I’ve been told are not okay to have about: white privilege, feminism, racism, equality… AND more importantly, what do we DO about it?
Shaming any person for what they do or don’t believe, or how visible their activism is will not create the solution. I believe it starts with having an honest dialogue, recognizing where WE are part of the problem, and how we express our values in our business as entrepreneurs.
